Training Support Grant 
Terms of Booking Agreement

This agreement is entered into by and between Hair Extension Training Ireland and the participant who has enrolled in the Hair Extension Training Programme 

By booking a place through the Training Support Grant, the Participant agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Programme Requirements:
   1.1 The Participant must complete all online theory training modules before attending the practical in-person training session.
   1.2 The Company will provide the Participant with access to the online theory training modules upon approval of funding from the Department of Social Welfare.

2. Booking Confirmation:
   2.1 Once funding approval is received from the Department of Social Welfare, the Participant's booking will be confirmed.
   2.2 The Participant understands and acknowledges that once the booking is confirmed, the dates cannot be changed except in exceptional circumstances, see term 3 below.

3. Cancellations:
   3.1 If the Participant fails to attend the Programme on the scheduled date, no rescheduling will be provided.
   3.2 In the event that the Participant is unable to attend the Programme on the scheduled date, the Participant must notify the Company via email at least 14 days before the course date.
   3.3 Any request for rescheduling will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and the resolution will be at the Company's discretion. Please be aware that it may not be possible to reschedule.

4. Intellectual Property:
   4.1 All training materials, including but not limited to online modules, handouts, and resources, provided by the Company during the Programme, are protected by intellectual property rights.
   4.2 The Participant agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share any training materials without the prior written consent of the Company.

By booking a place for training, the Participant acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
